Thank you for showing an interest in a State Sport activity at your school. Please see below the State Sport booking forms. Please fill the entire form in to the best of your knowledge and submit it. Once submitted an Email will be sent to you with an invoice for payment.
All after school clubs/activities are priced at £40 per half term and £80 for full term
(Please check your availability for clubs before booking)
Prices are now set so please be aware that weeks/sessions per each Term may vary. This could be because of Bank Holidays, Inset Days and/or Length of Term.
In the unlikely event that a club cannot be run due to something regarding State Sport or staff the price will be adapted accordingly in line with the Terms and Conditions.

If your child is moving up from year 2 into year 3 and is worried about the large step from KS1 football into KS2 football please do get in touch! For Terms 1/2 only we may be able to offer them a place in KS1 Football as we want as many children to continue playing sports as possible and feel comfortable doing so!
