Real-life quidditch (now commonly called quadball) is a fast-paced, tag based, inspired by the Harry Potter series, combining elements of tag rugby, dodgeball, and capture the flag. Two teams of seven players, score by throwing a "quaffle" (volleyball) through hoops while using "bludgers" (dodgeballs) to force opponents to drop any ball they hold and return to their hoops. The game ends when a seeker catches a "snitch," a neutral player with a tennis ball/yellow tag attached to their shorts.
