Before School Bookings

Thank you for showing an interest in a State Sport activity at your school. Please see below the State Sport booking forms. Please fill the entire form in to the best of your knowledge and submit it. Once submitted an Email will be sent to you with an invoice for payment.

All before school clubs/activities are priced at £60 for a full term

Prices are now set so please be aware that weeks/sessions per each Term may vary. This could be because of Bank Holidays, Inset Days and/or Length of Term.

In the unlikely event that a club cannot be run due to something regarding State Sport or staff the price will be adapted accordingly in line with the Terms and Conditions.

Bookings are for Terms 1/2 starting in September.
